Job Description
The position is responsible for planning and directing activities concerned with development application and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes materials and products by performing the following duties.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

- Have the ability to pay attention to the operations of the machinery.

Starting wage for this position is $19.23/hour.
Qualifications :
- Reads and interprets blueprints schedules or product specifications to determine procedures for testing.
- Inspect cylinders for visual defects.
- Test cylinders for structural defects.
- Works alongside of production to verify the quality of products.
- Rejects defective parts and marks defect accordingly.
- Monitor the finished products obtained to ensure the quality conforms to the specifications.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and examination methods of processes materials and products.
- Interfaces with procurement engineering and other departments to coordinate and resolve qualityrelated problems.
- Monitor the working of the machines and report the need for improvement defects or malfunctions.
- Computer skills for input/data collection purposes.
