Chope which now belongs to Grab is Asias leading dining platform helping diners discover and book restaurants across Singapore Bali Bangkok Jakarta and beyond. With over 13000 partners and 100 million diners seated we provide reservation tools table management software and marketing solutions that power the regions best dining experiences. Now part of the Grab ecosystem were scaling our reach and impactand were just getting started.
Get to Know the Role
As a Sales Executive at Chope your core mission is to grow our restaurant partner base by bringing exceptional new venues into our ecosystem. From standout independents to rising hospitality groups youll be on the frontline of introducing Chopes solutionsreservation table management and marketing toolsto help restaurants increase their exposure streamline operations and grow their business.
This role will report onsite at Singapore Grab office and will report into the Manager Merchant Sales. You will be working onsite at our One North Office.
The position is offered on a 6month contract basis.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Sourcing and prospecting highquality restaurants through outbound efforts referrals and strategic targeting.
Leading outreach via calls emails site visits and meetings to pitch Chopes solutions.
Presenting customized proposals that address business needs and drive value for potential partners.
Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing.
Working crossfunctionally with onboarding operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful launches.
Tracking conversations and outcomes using CRM tools and contributing feedback to improve product and sales processes.
Staying informed on F&B trends competitor offerings and emerging opportunities to sharpen your sales approach.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Diploma or higher in business marketing hospitality or a related field.
2 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in SaaS hospitality tech or F&B services.
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a consultative approach to selling.
A proven track record of hitting sales targets and closing new business.
Selfdriven organized and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
