Carpenter

• Repairs and installation of doors cabinets shelving and molding.
• Responsible for all inhouse repairs on the campus dealing with wood plywood drywall and other materials ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Measuring jobs and verifying required dimensions; reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.
• Hanging of pictures TVs signage and drywall repairs.
• Ensures that appropriate tools and materials are selected for each job.
• Handles all punch out activities.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Five (5) years experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Valid drivers license required.
