Job Description
Looking for an adventure as a Night Porter (or Guest Services Assistant (GSA) Nights) at the ibis Styles hotel at Birmingham NEC & Airport
Heres whats waiting for you:
This is a fulltime position with 40 hours per week and were offering a salary of up to 26517.60 plus some awesome perks. Its an exciting time to join the team as well be undergoing a bit renovation soon transforming our hotel!

Picture this: youll be the friendly face welcoming our latenight guests handling those lastminute reservations and ensuring those early birds leave with a smile. Throughout the night its all about making sure every guest is comfy and secure and our Front Office keeps ticking like clockwork.
Youll likely be the first person our guests meet so bring your Agamefriendly professional and confident! Got an issue or a concern Youre the superhero theyll turn to and youve got the power to make things right.
Your todo list
Its an exciting mix from tending the bar and handling cash to organizing reports whipping up breakfast managing reservations doing security checks and being the goto for our housekeeping and maintenance teams.
What you bring to the table:
Effective communication skills and a warm welcoming vibe. One years experience in hotels or a service industry is a must.
