Analyst Program I ImplementationsThe Corporate Analyst Program at Fiserv is designed for recent graduates who are looking to jumpstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers valuable handson experience professional development and the chance to work with experienced professionals across the enterprise. Participants will engage in rotational assignments receive mentoring and build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within Fiserv. The program spans 22.5 years and consists of two structured assignments within one specific job track. Analysts will have opportunities to contribute to significant projects and gain exposure to senior leadership.
What does a successful Implementations Analyst doA successful Implementations Analyst at Fiserv assists in the deployment of solutions and services for our clients. This role provides practical experience in managing implementation projects and working with crossfunctional teams.
What you will do:
Assist in planning and coordinating implementation projects.
Support project teams in tracking progress and resolving issues.
Participate in client meetings and documentation efforts.
Help with configuration and testing of solutions.
Collaborate with implementation managers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelors degree program and/or equivalent military experience.
GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
02 years of previous work experience.
What would be great to have:
Previous internship experience.
Majors such as Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with all levels of staff and leaders.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
