Job Description
The Customer Retention Manager and Appointment Coordinator at Lugoff Chevy Buick GMC is responsible for fostering customer loyalty and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. They will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and help coordinate service appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers through regular communication
- Coordinate service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer retention metrics and develop strategies to improve customer retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
