As a Senior Developer you will be an integral part of a technical team responsible for the technology used by the Rural Direct Lending line of business and our Global partners to serve our customers.

As a Senior Developer with the Rural Direct Lending Squad you will lead and coordinate the development or integration of system/information projects from analysis through implementation. You will be responsible for analyzing business opportunities defining software requirements designing developing testing and integrating and documenting software applications in compliance with Rabobank standards. You and your teammates will support critical systems related to the Rural Direct Lending line of business collaborating closely with technical and business partners alike.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing in nCino/Salesforce against prioritized work items

• Developing in APEX

• Collaborating with an established technology squad in an Agile environment

• Working in a Global environment at a top Financial Institution

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the VP Senior Developer role you must have:

• 7 years of related experience

• Competence in nCino/SalesForce

• Significant experience in developing with APEX

• Competence in .NET development 4.6 or greater (Entity Framework backend and

• API including SOAP and REST web services).

• Competence in .NET Core 3 or greater. Experience in .NET Core 6 or 8 preferred.

• Must have knowledge and experience with code deployment and use of Git

• Must be able to quickly absorb and effectively use new technology

• Experience with Agile practices and methodology

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps

• Experience with Microsoft Azure pipelines and Cloudbased application

• Experience with maintaining and enhancing existing code bases

• Ability to travel regionally up to 15%

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $105000.00 $135000.00

This position is subject to the terms of RAF/Rabobank/RDSs compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location or for other lawful reasons. Further all fulltime regular positions include all other benefits provided to RAF/Rabobank/RDS employees including healthcare benefits 401k matching vacation sick leave parental leave possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
