Starting at $28/hr or more based on experience
Schedule M F 7am 5pm or until completion

This role specializes in residential appliances and more specifically professional style built in appliances. This includes but is not limited to 3660 ranges builtin refrigeration wall ovens dishwashers and even coffee machines or wine dispensers. Our associates are detail oriented and view customer service with equal importance as technical proficiency. You will ensure the quality and completion of installations are achieved. You will also be acting as a resource to sales associates during the quotation process and after the sale. If you have strong leadership skills are a creative problemsolver and are familiar with home appliance products or installation this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry leading organization!
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the other installation teams
- Observe installations and provide feedback as part of the installers ongoing training
- Help resolve claims and customer issues
- Maintain parts storage areas in the warehouses including organization and placing replenishment orders.
- Maintain accountability for the cleanliness and organization of the company trucks.
- Act as a liaison between the shipping and picking leadership in the warehouse and communicate long term needs to Area Installation Manager
- Perform preinstallation and postinstallation inspections of jobs and effectively engage with builders to create a strong rapport and to promote strong customer retention
- Partner with Area Installation Manager to implement constructive ideas for improvement of the program
- Use 3rd party software applications to enter data pull reports and build Project Master sheets when needed
- Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 23 Years prior experience with construction kitchen plumbing or home appliance products or installations highly preferred
- Valid state issued license is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Proven leadership experience will be a go to resource for fellow installers sales associates and customers
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Document detailed job notes in a clear and concise way
- Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans is highly preferred
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work
- Organization time management and problem solving skills
- Selfstarter critical thinker and selfsufficient
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams etc.)

Pay Range:
$23.53 $37.59Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
