Job Description
What you will do
Johnson Controls is seeking a Junior Integration Operations Analyst! You will be responsible for managing and supporting the integration of various systems and applications within the organization and will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify integration needs troubleshoot issues and optimize processes to ensure seamless data flow between is a hybrid position. Candidates must be commuting distance to Glendale WI or able and willing to relocate.
How you will do it
Responsible to monitor integration platforms and applications in all environments plus incident resolution with in SLAs.
Identify diagnose and resolve integrationrelated issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
Provide technical support to endusers and stakeholders regarding integration processes and related systems.
Implement bug fixes and minor enhancements for existing integrations also provide UAT testing and hyper care support.
Create and update documentation for integration processes configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Create and Manage Ops Monitoring Dashboards and KPIs to ensure application performance and SLAs are met.
Perform Application upgrades and Manage SSL Certs etc.
Work with product vendors to troubleshoot platform issues and/or any product bugs.
Provide training and support to junior resources as applicable.
Flexible oncall/weekend support rotation as applicable.
What you will need
Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
0 years of experience with integration or related platforms.
Knowledge of Integration Mapping and Data formats like SOAP XML JSON and Flat files
Incident and Change Management experience with Service NOW or related
Strong analytical problemsolving communication and Interpersonal skills.
