SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Executive Project Manager the Project Manager will support the Shield client experience through a variety of functions. The Project Manager is a vital role to help ensure that client satisfaction is achieved communication is effective among internal and external teams. Managing schedules and data streams within the appropriate systems is also a crucial component of the work.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS may include but are not limited to:
- Partners with various internal teams as needed for successful project completions (i.e. Designers Engineers and Purchasing etc.)
- Helps prepare project proposals timeframes schedule and budget
- Monitors and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Reports any issues and escalates as needed
- Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status effectively with all internal departments and with all levels within the company
- Effectively focuses on process details by receiving interpreting and executing information from both internal and external clients
- Works with Sales Design Engineering and Production Management to manage client requests with primary focus on project production schedules
- Understands client needs and becomes their advocate
- Provides support through client communication internal interaction with design overseeing monitoring and tracking project progress through the fabrication and installation phase
- Support and contribute to the development of client proposals in collaboration with the sales and design teams
- Maintains & updates project and client information in respective online project managementsystems
- Reviews and confirms revenue allocation and projected schedules for relevant accounts andprojects
- Coordinates and relays communication from internal client kickoff meetings with meetingminutes to all designated individuals
- Maintains project files and data via HubSpot Team Gannt and internal project drives
- Supports billing and monthend processes as needed
- Reviews project financials by monitoring credit card reconciliations and providing EAC updates tomanagement throughout projects
- Reviews and confirms revenue allocation and projected revenue schedules for relevant accounts and projects

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business or Construction Management strongly preferred
- 13 years of experience in aProject Management role orProduction department (Coordinator Fabricator or Project Engineer)required
