What are we looking to add to our team
Were looking for a highly motivated Revenue Accountant to join our expanding finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is excited about scaling accounting operations at a highgrowth startup. Youll play a key part in ensuring timely financial reporting supporting audit readiness and managing daytoday accounting operationswith a primary focus on accounts receivable process.
What you will be doing:
- Own the fullcycle accounts receivable process:
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Apply payments to customer accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the monthend close by preparing journal entries revenue reconciliations and AR review
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks. This includes improving accounting processes to support scalability.
- Assist with annual financial audits including providing documentation and support for revenue transactions.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales operations and other departments to ensure accurate understanding of revenue reporting and contracts.
You will be a great match if you have:
- 1 year of accounting experience preferably in a highgrowth environment or public accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP (specifically ASC 606) and general ledger accounting
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- A selfstarter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Located in the Greater Seattle Area
Preferred (but not required):
- SaaS or technology industry exposure
- Experience with accounting systems (Maxio NetSuite & Salesforce)

Base Salary Hiring Range:$75000 to $85000 annually
