TASQ is hiring immediately for this role which involves managing customer inquiries and sales related to travel bookings through phone email and chat.
Key duties include providing travel information assisting with reservations resolving customer issues and staying informed about industry trends.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of BPO customer service experience (experience in the travel industry is a plus) excellent communication skills in both languages and a high school diploma (a college degree is preferred).
