ISP Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Project & Strategy Analyst will be a critical member of the Learning & Innovation (L&I) team reporting to the L&I Strategy Associate and supporting the Group Chief Learning & Innovation Officer (GCLIO). This role focuses on tracking and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives across ISPs global network of schools ensuring alignment between highlevel strategy and operational implementation.
They will be responsible for monitoring progress ensuring timely execution and maintaining quality standards across multiple workstreams. The Project & Strategy Analyst will provide oversight ensuring deliverables remain on track and facilitating collaboration between central and divisional teams. The Project & Strategy Analyst will play a key role in driving continuous improvement challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to enhance how strategic initiatives are executed. By fostering a culture of accountability innovation and adaptability this role will help ensure that ISPs global strategies translate into meaningful sustainable impact across our schools.

ISP L&I Project & Strategy Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Project oversight & execution monitoring:
- Support the coordination tracking and reporting of strategic initiatives such as EdTech innovative leadership development programs and new pedagogical approaches ensuring alignment with timelines deliverables and quality expectations.
- Facilitate collaboration between central and divisional teams by ensuring clear structured communication progress tracking and timely followups to support the effective implementation of strategic goals.
- Support in developing updating reviewing highimpact strategy presentations for Board/ExCo meetings and adhoc strategy analyses.
- Support the tracking and reporting of strategic KPIs ensuring progress is monitored and shared with the GCLIO DCLOs and senior leadership.
- Support in monitoring sector trends and changes and potential risks.
- Challenge existing processes where needed identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to strengthen project delivery and strategic execution.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management practices introducing new tools methodologies or approaches to improve efficiency and impact.
- Foster adaptability and resilience in project teams by encouraging reflective practices gathering feedback and recommending adjustments where needed.
- Collaborate on highpriority projects in partnership with the L&I Strategy Associate such as stakeholder engagement strategies growth analyses or pilot program evaluations.
- Communication and Engagement:
- Support the refinement and distribution of toolkits templates and resources to assist L&I senior leadership & DCLOs in implementing strategic initiatives in schools.
- Support the facilitation of workshops webinars and forums to gather feedback and share best practices across divisions.
- Support in leading the planning and execution of highlevel meetings and strategy sessions.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration strategy innovation management).
- > 2 years of experience in strategy / management consulting firm.
- Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders including senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and adjust to change being proactive and striving for excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting organizational change initiatives ensuring that new strategies are embedded effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities including experience working with data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling resources for diverse audiences (executive leadership school leaders etc.).
- Collaborative proactive and detailoriented with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact across a global school network.
Location: Preferred Madrid with flexibility to work remotely.
