Assist the Mobile & Digital Innovation team with the following objectives: 1) optimize guest experience and product performance for the SMS platform(s) mobile ordering and venue management software 2) assist with reporting on performance of the SMS platform(s) mobile ordering and venue management 3) provide ongoing support of the execution and expansion of the licensed digital products across the enterprise.
Key Job Functions:
To support with the main objectives of this role assistance would be requested with the following items to include but not limited to:
Education and Experience:
Enrolled in college with a preferred major and/or minor inMarketing Hospitality Mobile Social Media Digital Web Business and/or AI
Qualifications:
Work Environment:
Hands on training with Manager peers and sitting side by side working on tasks/requests. The intern will participate in training sessions meetings presentations and staff meetings to learn how the departments within the Caesars Entertainment ecosystem work. The intern will also be hands on with all digital products to include the SMS platform(s) mobile ordering and venue management. The intern will be supervised by the Mobile and Digital Innovation Specialist with additional supervision by the Mobile and Digital Innovation Manager.
Weekly checkin on performance to share feedback on areas of success and areas of opportunity. Willingness to complete any evaluation forms from interns college/university required for internship/school credits.
