Job Summary:
The District Credit Union is looking for dynamic energetic individuals who can deliver excellent service to our membership. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient and accurate teller transactions including handling cash deposits withdrawals loan payments official checks money orders and credit card advances
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members
- Ensure prompt and professional resolution of member requests including account maintenance online banking support and other service related tasks
- Provide information about Credit Union products and services including crossselling as appropriate
- Follow Credit Union policies and procedures
- Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Language: Proficiency in English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
