This position will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing technical projects to ensure they are completed on time compliant with FAA rules and policies and according to scope and quality requirements. They will coordinate resources manage risks and achieve project objectives.
This position will independently performs complex tasks related to defining and proposing performance requirements and optimization of telecommunications networks and services. Analyzes and evaluates network operations efficiencies and recommends design changes to improve services to users. Responsible for providing technical or supervisory leadership for Contractor employees in areas supported.
They will manage the timely submission of project forms including:
Oversee / provide logistics and planning for FAA network communication upgrade projects:
Update CWP (Corporate Work Plan) Portal Project information & tracking tool. Primavera P6 schedule knowledge.
Communicate with Telecom Vendors as required. Primary is L3 Harris. SDSA (Short Duration Sunset Announcements) SCP (Special Construction Projects) & RTIR Terrestrial (Fiber) & Cellular Equipment Projects (LTE).

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
