Role Definition
- Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
- Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
- Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
- Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.

- Financial Record Keeping: Knowledge of financial record keeping processes methods and tools; ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes methods and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
Consideration for Top Candidates:
- Working knowledge of US GAAP: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and practical experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Experience using Oracle: The candidate should have experience using Oracle. This includes understanding Oracles modules such as General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. The candidate should be able to navigate the system efficiently generate financial reports and utilize Oracles tools for data analysis and decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a talent for building relationships: We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner and who excels at building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a varied workload independently: The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects and work independently with minimal supervision.

Summary Pay Range:
$92880.00 $160788.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjobrelated knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
