You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailShareholder Services is a multifunctional team which interacts and collaborates with internal business partners such as Product Distribution Legal and Compliance as well as external service providers and financial intermediaries to ensure superior service delivery for various product lines including Mutual Funds Closed End Funds and Interval Funds.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Research account related items identified by internal business partners or external service providers providing timely and accurate responses.
Document research and assist in resolution of inquiries from various sales teams and firm back offices.
Assist with trade research and coordinate large trade notifications to various teams and PMs.
Coordinate with Marketing Legal Compliance and transfer agent to produce update and maintain shareholder forms and applications related to account opening and maintenance.
Assist with firm and client onboarding for various supported products.
Assist with projects and associated operational requirements supporting fund launches mergers fund liquidations and other corporate actions.
Reporting of shareholder escheatment activities performed by transfer agent.
Frequent written and verbal interaction with internal and external parties including the Funds transfer agent Legal Compliance and Fund Administration departments.
Provide backup to other team members and departmental functions as needed.

Anticipated Posting End Date:
Base Pay Range: $60000/yr $100000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
