THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position you will be responsible for a range of cleaning activities which encompass routine maintenance thorough deep cleaning and addressing specific sanitation requirements as they arise. Your tasks will involve maintaining the building by collecting trash dusting furniture and fixtures sweeping washing and waxing floors vacuuming and cleaning windows. Additionally during the winter months you will ensure that sidewalks and driveways are free of snow and ice while also managing landscaping duties such as mowing trimming weeds and caring for plant beds trees and shrubs as necessary.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary:In some cases the starting salary may be nonnegotiable.
