Overview:
Due to growth Bellingham Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Bellingham WA. Fulltime up to 40 hours per week are available. Parttime candidates with a minimum of 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered. A fulltime Clinic Director position is available to experienced candidates.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Clinic Directors perform a mix of managerial duties and provide direct patient care.
Fulltime PTs should expect to treat 40 patients per week providing 1:1 direct patient care. No double bookings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary begins at $75000 with significant potential for higher earnings based on productivity. Motivated and efficient therapistsincluding new graduates without prior experience or certificationscan earn up to $10000 or more annually through strong performance.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open MondayFriday: 7:15am 6:00pm. Flexible scheduling is available and the work schedule will be determined later in the hiring process. No weekends. No major holidays!

Job Requirements:
Eligible for WA state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
An interest in concussion vestibular or oncology rehabilitation would be a plus.
New grad PTs will be supported and mentored.
1 year of experience & fulltime availability is required for the Clinic Director role.
Fulltime availability is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Parttime candidates with 24 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered Monday and Fridays are required.
