Position Highlights
- 4Day Work Week: Monday Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Competitive Pay: $20 $25/hour based on experience
- Direct Hire and ContracttoHire Options Available
- Work on HighPrecision Products Supporting U.S. Government and Defense Contracts
Mechanical Assembler Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately assemble mechanical parts subassemblies and complete units using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work instructions to guide assembly processes.
- Install components including helicoils PEM fasteners and rivets with precision.
- Conduct visual inspections and use measurement tools to ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support crossfunctional team efforts and assist with additional tasks as needed.
Mechanical Assembler ManufacturingQualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification is a plus.
- 1 years of experience in mechanical assembly or metal manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with hand tools power tools and assembly fixtures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
- Effective time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with all federal work authorization requirements.
Physical Requirement
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing stooping crouching and reaching throughout the shift.
- Regular use of hand and power tools; ability to perform repetitive motions.
- Work environment includes exposure to airborne particles mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
