JOB TITLE: Account Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Aid in answering requests from Clients Vendors and the Technical Team regarding account issues such as basic customer inquiries product management general concerns etc.
- Ensure that all business relationships with Third Parties and Partners are well documented.
- Work with internal departments including management helpdesk accounting and sales to ensure that clients are properly and effectively serviced.
- Provide administrative support to account manager such assembly of annual reports updating reports data collection and other administrative functions as required
- Provide timely and professional assistance and support to all customers.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational project management and prioritysetting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment
- Creative problem solving and problem resolution abilities
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Understanding of services and products
- Some technical knowledge is considered a benefit
