Job Opportunity: Dutch/Flemish Customer Support (Email & Chat) Malta

About the Role

Are you passionate about creating a safer online space Join us as a Customer Support & Content Moderator Agent for Dutch or Flemish speakers in Malta! Youll play a key role in ensuring a secure and scamfree digital environment.

Role Highlights

Position: Customer Support (Email & Chat) & Content Moderator

Language: Dutch or Flemish B2 English

Location: Malta (Requires initial onsite training)

Starting Date: June

Work Model: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts 07:0015:30 and 15:3000:00 (5 days a week with 2 days off)

Your Responsibilities

As part of the team youll divide your work as follows:

Customer Support (Email & Chat 70%):

Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat (no calls involved).

Provide accurate information using appropriate tools.

Content Moderation (30%):

Review user content to ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

Help create a safer online community by flagging policy violations and fraudulent activities.

Additional tasks:

Meet performance goals and contribute to workflow improvements.

Share feedback and trends with internal teams.

Participate in training to refine moderation policies.

What Were Looking For

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word).

Native in Dutch or Flemish with English at B2 level.

No prior experience required we value your initiative and commitment.

Key traits: Attention to detail ability to make quick decisions cando attitude and willingness to learn.

Whats in it for You

Salary: 1800 gross/month (Net: 1550).

Quarterly government support (130).

Performancebased bonus: Up to 200 (twice yearly after 6 months).

Airport pickup and initial accommodation at a companypaid hotel (up to 3 weeks).
