OTE: 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager / Director who is enthusiastic energetic and interested in developing their career in the Lettings Industry to join a smart vibrant and wellknown local brand in the Croydon area and run the local Lettings Department.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive articulate wellpresented and wellspoken and capable of dealing with both town and country properties as well as properties across a broad price spectrum.
You should also have previous experience at a management level and understand about managing and motivating your team.
The Company: Our client is a wellregarded Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Croydon.
Skills required for this Lettings Manager / Director (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experienced in residential Lettings
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Croydon area preferred
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
