This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Overall Purpose: Responsible for supporting project execution ensuring alignment with scope schedule and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industrystandard methodologies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
EndtoEnd Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and meet defined quality standards.
Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans schedules resource allocations and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. Project manage Onboarding and Contract Management for Authorized Retail Company Owned and National Retail channels.
Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders clients and vendors to provide project updates facilitate meetings and manage expectations.
Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify analyze and resolve any issues or risks.
Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management data analysis reporting and/or team collaboration.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and indepth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff implements longterm plans impacting the organization and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas. Knowledge of Cinglepointe system. Interpersonal communication skills to interact with Senior Leadership.
