Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Project Leadership and Strategic Planning:Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects. Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Technical Excellence and Quality Assurance:Conduct indepth technical analysis review blueprints and ensure adherence to engineering principles construction methodologies and materials science. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and clients. Prepare comprehensive technical reports progress updates and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Emergency Response and Safety Leadership:Maintain 24/7 readiness to respond to emergency situations ensuring telecommunication network reliability. Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents.
Other Duties as Assigned:Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the successful planning execution and completion of construction projects including but not limited to problemsolving regulatory compliance and resource optimization.
Manage Financials: Oversee budgets financial reports validate vendor spend and ensure adherence to negotiated service contracts and agreements.
Foster Vendor Relationships: Serve as lead contact address concerns manage vendor contracts and ensure quality service.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert creatively resolving complex issues with broad and indepth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy influencing executive decisions. Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include but is not limited to work related to fuel tanks emergency and standby generators boilers hazardous waste hazardous materials batteries manholes and vaults water wells linear and other construction projects water discharge or air emissions.
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 5 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
