The Supply Chain Business Analyst supports Supply Chain through the use of the Children Mercys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as well as other related technologies and systems. This individual will have proficient knowledge of the key system platforms up and down stream connections to supply chain and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency with system automation process improvement and standardization. This includes but isnt limited to the following:
Working in conjunction with the Business Systems & Analytics Manager this individual will assist in the KPI and benchmarking efforts as well as lean process improvement work driving greater value for the entire organization.

Project Management: As the project management subject matter expert of supply chain this role is responsible for not only leading and engaging in projects that are approved by the business but also applying system and process knowledge to identify improvements and present suggestions to our internal stakeholders. This may be through discussions with internal stakeholders or external vendors based on technology reviews or analysis of current process or system use.

Supports supply chain reporting needs through the design development standardization and distribution of reports metrics and other analytical tools.
Works with other hospitals/organization as well as the internal enduser community to develop benchmark data for productivity/financial measures converts data to information.
Participates in orientation training and knowledge transfer of new staff.
Customer Service & Support:

Serves as resource to end users for the ERP functionality capabilities and integration.
Attends system related meetings as needed to gain knowledge regarding module(s) supported and/or new modules under consideration.
Participates in testing of CU releases patches upgrades and new software products used in conjunction with the ERP system.
Serves a liaison between IS and functional areas of the ERP and related technology.
Participates in supply chain projects as needed.
Problem Resolution:

Provides first level support and coordinate problem resolution or follow up related to supply chain applications designed with a high degree of complexity.
Researches and analyzes any problems or concerns of those within department concerning supply chain functions and incorporate problem solving techniques before reporting same to Information Services support.
Collaborates with IS system support to troubleshoot and resolve application problems.
Serves as liaison between IS support and Supply Chain department personnel for system troubleshooting.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $26.80/hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
