This position is responsible for ensuring proper and efficient product flow to the organization by receiving staging and delivering incoming freight from various shipping sources. Coordinates and processes outgoing shipping of products via common carrier and/or courier services as appropriate. Processes all necessary data for received products.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required.
- Must possess Business math skills (addition/subtraction/division/multiplication).
- Computer data entry experience required.
- Prior experience in a Receiving position preferred.
- Forklift certification required (may be obtained post hire).
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work in a planned manner without direct supervision.
- Must make independent judgments under stressful situations at times.
Job Duties:
- *Receives signs and takes responsibility for deliveries ensuring any damage and shortage is noted on the bill of lading.
- *Reconciles actual received product(s) with the vendor packing slip for quantity packaging unit catalog number and descriptions to ensure accuracy of products received.
- *Organizes received goods on a continual basis to ensure efficient product flow.
- *Accurately enters in to the designated system all receipts ensuring correct purchase order (PO) quantity and packing unit between shipment and order.
- *Prints and affixes all receiving documents in the quantity appropriate for each specific delivery location for both external and internal deliveries.
- *Delivers internal products to designated locations obtaining necessary signatures as applicable.
- *Receives and delivers all nonMaterials Management (MM) ordered items recording them in the applicable log and obtaining signatures as required.
- *Organizes and assists all Operations Center incoming deliveries for routing to internal departments.
- *Prepares packages and processes for shipping through UPS/FedEX/Freight expeditiously. Orders and stocks all shipping materials necessary from the appropriate shipping companies.
- *Operates all Material Handling Equipment in a safe manner maintains applicable certifications as necessary to include but not limited to; forklift pallet jack hand truck and delivery carts.
*Maintains regular and consistent attendance at work as scheduled by department
leadership.
Work Environment:
Receiving and warehouse environment. Area is well lighted and ventilated.

Day Shift 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Primarily weekdays Monday thru Friday.
