Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer (The Prudential Insurance Company of America Newark NJ):
Work with privileged access management products such as CyberArk Privileged Cloud and HashiCorp Vault. Responsible for architecting the implementation and patterns for adopting privileged access management. Assess new use cases and perform market analysis of products and capabilities which is part of the organizations technology strategy. Collaborate with the data protection product owner and team to execute product vision & strategy. Provide timely subject matter expertise for critical decisions to execute goals. Identify areas of opportunity identify root cause research and provide resolution. Architect design assess and address Privileged Access Management strategies. Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and associates. Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a resultsbased team environment. High degree of proficiency in developing target & current state architectures identify gaps build a roadmap for tactical phased implementations to achieve target state. Ability to use data and analysis to determine attack surfaces remediation work effort and governance to determine integrity and sustainability of controls. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a crossenterprise team. Provide subject matter expertise in multiple domain focus areas including but not limited to: Privileged Access Management and tooling such as CyberArk Beyond Trust Delinea and HashiCorp. Understanding of Windows controls for local directory and federated account and group management Ability to automate processes for the administration of Privileged Access Management. Ability to integrate Privileged Access Management and Secrets Management with services such as ServiceNow SailPoint Cloud Platforms (AWS Azure GCP Equinix) VMware Windows and RHEL. Ability to integrate with monitoring solutions such as Splunk and Prometheus including development of custom dashboards and alerts. Provide rotational oncall support.
Telecommuting: Telecommuting permitted up to 60%.
Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week. $185000.00 per year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering or comparable technology focused program or a related field and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in PAM tool installation and configuration.
