Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by departments service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company coworkers and guests.Supervises and schedules duties of Painters as needed and according to a regular preventive maintenance program. Ensures that all scheduled work is completed. Maintains inventory levels. Coordinates materials ordering with Office Supervisor. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of all phases of painting preparing ordering and application of paints and wall coverings. Minimum of five years experience in paint/vinyl application.
