Meet the team:
The R&D Quality Team is responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory quality and design requirements focusing on maintaining the integrity and safety of existing products while addressing planned design changes and product issues frequently through the CAPA process. This role also includes managing teams developing and implementing quality strategies and contributing to the overall success of the companys products.
Where you come in:
Develop coach and hire direct and indirect reports to provide technical leadership and support of multiple projects and drive best practices throughout the organization.
You will lead quality team and influence product development projects.
You will coach quality team on functional deliverables and ensures technical excellence for product or technical development.
Owns and drives activities related to Design Controls Risk Management Product Performance including CAPA.
Provides expertise and guidance on sustaining engineering activities to maintain product quality and safety particularly design changes and design related product issues that arise
You collaborate through crossfunctional team and management relationships.
You will monitor and ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations and standards

You are technical adept to provide guidance regarding technical strategies and work crossfunctionally to resolve technical issues.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with 812 years of industry experience 25 years of previous management or lead experience
