DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role you will support district offices the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission municipal governments and various organizations in creating safe transportation systems that comply with state and federal laws regulations and policies. Your duties will involve traveling to different project sites to oversee development perform quality assurance reviews and provide technical guidance along with design procedure support. Additionally participating in meetings and conferences will be crucial for keeping abreast of ongoing and upcoming projects.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Fulltime employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Friday with a 60minute lunch.
- Telework:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) parttime. In order to telework you must have a securely configured highspeed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Four years of professional civil engineering experience which includes three years in the appropriate specialty.
Special Requirement:
- Possession of a valid Professional Engineer license issued by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers Land Surveyors and Geologists.
Condition of Employment:
- This position requires possession of a valid drivers license.
PostEmploymentRequirement:
- Successful candidates with an outofstate Professional Engineer license will be required to produce a valid Professional Engineer license issued by Pennsylvania within their initial six month probationary period.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
