Job Description

Were looking for an ambitious and motivated manager to lead and inspire our Regional Sales Team you will be passionate about hitting targets have previous experience of managing a team be able to deliver results and regularly look at ways to improve and innovate.
Our aim is to provide a great customer journey to help our customers through one of their most important life decisions buying a home. Were here to provide new homes and create thriving communities for our customers.
As a Regional Sales Manager you will oversee our West Midlands region managing a team of dedicated Sales Consultants. Your role will involve supporting the Groups Head of Sales and Sales Director ensuring that our sales targets are met and our customers receive exceptional experience.
This role is being offered on a 12month fixed term basis.
Youll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring a team of 5 Sales Consultants to deliver an ambitious programme of shared ownership sales and rent to buy lets

Driving sales of shared ownership properties and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Ensuring a positive customer experience and regularly reviewing our processes and procedures

Liaising with internal teams (land delivery home ownership defects property care) and external stakeholders (solicitors mortgage advisors).

Handling budget forecasting data analysis and utilizing Excel and other software for reporting.

Planning and conducting site visits managing your own diary effectively.
About You
Youll have experience in the sales of new builds and/or Shared Ownership. Youll have experience of leading a team with a proven track record in meeting sale targets. Youll recognise our duty of care to our customers and the importance of selling with integrity. Youll have excellent networking skills with the ability to manage external stakeholders whilst liasing with internal stakeholders. Youll also be able to manage conflicting demands with confidence whilst maintaining an organised approach to your day and team. You will be a motivated manager who can quickly adapt and start making an immediate impact.
To join our team youll also have;

Extensive management experience within the new build property sector.

A proven track record in new homes sales meeting targets and hitting KPIs.

Knowledge of shared ownership schemes and new build sales.

Proficiency in budget control financial forecasting and data analysis.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to providing a great customer journey.

Drivers Licence and able to travel across our sites
