Job Description
The On The Road (OTR) Manager (France and Spain) is a pivotal role which maximizes OTR operations and DA experience. This field role can be based in any AMXL operating site in Spain or France
Excellent at leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships they are the custodian of DSP and DA experience at station level ensuring the highest standards around DA Engagement; creating a winwin culture between Operations and the DSPs

Working with OTR safety and site operations to deliver regional safety metrics
Lead OTR performance improvement across the region and provide RLT weekly visibility including solutions
Deliver Regional reports for onroad performance (DSP scorecard / Ops Scorecard) for the region.
Leading improvement activities in key priority areas for the Region
Experience: Create sustainable business practices that create a winwin culture between Operations and the DSPs
Working with site operations ACES and CO ensure routing efficiency and best practice is followed to improve cost to serve.
A day in the life
The OTR manager defines the mediumterm OTR strategy leading and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
They work closely with site leaders as a trusted OTR SME partner.
They are required to work flexibly and required to travel between multiple sites weekly. The role is field based aligned to an AMXL region which requires a significant level of travel.
A degree
Relevant experience in account management in a fastpaced environment
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and in the local language
Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) in a professional environment
Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer partner or business performance issues
Experience in logistics transportation supply chain or distribution
Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including your peers and leadership
A bachelors masters or advanced degree in business management economics law engineering or supply chain and logistics
