In this role you will provide handson technical and people leadership to the team to ensure accurate timely and thoughtful data and analytics reporting to various stakeholders.

What you will do:
Develop a team of professional staff to deliver high team performance that drives strong results.
Lead quality control reviews of the safety and reliability event database.
Lead the collection and reporting of accurate and timely safety and reliability data and metrics. This includes the analysis of data to provide thoughtful insights used to improve safety and reliability performance.
Work closely and collaboratively with various business unit central function and S&R stakeholders to collect safety and reliability data.
Work proficiently and efficiently with databases storing safety and reliability data (e.g. EnCompass).
Champion high standards in due diligence quality and data management.
Who you are:
Undergraduate degree in business engineering or other relevant area.
Minimum 7 years experience 10 years is preferred of meaningful experience in data analytics or related disciplines.
Ability to develop and deliver high team performance that drives strong results.
High numerical aptitude highly skilled in working with data performing calculations analyzing data interpreting statistical data and problem solving.
Optimally communicate in written and oral forms highly technical information with a broad set of stakeholders across the organization including senior leadership.
Effective organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities with deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Office based.
Under 5% travel.
