Job Description
Who we are looking for
Were looking for a Risk & Assurance Advisor to join our team in Warrnambool. The work hours can be flexible to fit your worklife balance whether you prefer parttime or fulltime. The position comes with a generous salary of $88863 to $96615 pro rata p.a. plus superannuation.
As our Risk & Assurance Advisor youll take the lead role in enhancing and maintaining our Risk Management and Integrated Management System (IMS). Youll also help build our teams skills in managing risks and support our reporting and governance needs.
Description
What youll be doing
On a daytoday basis youll be:
- Lead the development implementation and continual improvement of the Risk Management framework and Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Provide risk management education and coaching to risk owners and other stakeholders involved in risk management activities.
- Support a proactive approach to the management of risk assessments including providing recommendations and reviews following incidents audits and regulatory changes.
- Prepare riskrelated reports submissions and briefings for the Executive Board Committees Board and other key stakeholders.
Skills And Experiences
What youll bring
Were looking for someone with:
- Qualifications in Risk Management or relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in the development of Risk Management Frameworks including risk evaluation / assessment and facilitating the planning process and engagement of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage different user groups to implement improvements to systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Welldeveloped computer skills in a range of business applications.
