Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description: Oversee and manage all financial operations Prepare financial statements and reports Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with all financial regulations Conduct financial analysis and develop financial strategies Collaborate with internal departments to support strategic decisionmaking Provide insights and recommendations to senior management Maintain and improve internal controls Use financial systems and software to streamline operations
Skills & Experience: Proficiency in financial management budgeting and reporting Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal Advanced knowledge of Excel Pastel Partner and Sage Payroll
Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field Professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA) is advantageous
