Ansell is looking for a Director Category Analytics to join our team in Alpharetta GA!
In this position you will play a vital role in driving datainformed strategy by integrating analytics market insights and financial modeling to guide portfolio pricing and sourcing decisions. Partnering crossfunctionally this role delivers clear actionable insights that optimize category performance support strategic planning and improve growth and margin outcomes.

What your role will be
Data & Analytics
- Lead category analysis to uncover trends risks and opportunities.
- Apply statistical methods to support planning and decisions.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to highlight key insights.
- Deliver clear datadriven recommendations to BU leaders and CPMO.
- Conduct portfolio optimization analysis to maximize financial return.
- Support annual planning consolidating strategic and financial impacts.
- Track and report KPIs for business reviews and performance improvement.
- Ensure data quality and alignment across systems.
- Partner with Finance on forecasts budgets and longrange planning.
- Translate financial data into actionable category strategies.
Market Research
- Use internal/external data to track market and customer trends.
- Integrate insights into planning and performance reviews.
- Monitor competitive activity and market shifts.
Strategy & Business Planning
- Lead strategic planning across product categories.
- Identify growth and margin improvement opportunities.
- Guide decisions on assortment pricing and promotions.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A and forecasting.
Category & Portfolio Analysis
- Monitor product/category performance to spot risks and gaps.
- Recommend scaling adjusting or retiring products.
- Use data to enhance product selection and results.
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Support pricing strategy development using data and market insights.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and BU leaders to optimize pricing.
What will you bring to Ansell
- MBA Masters in Data Science Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
- 10 years in finance strategy or analytics.
- Experience working with and leading global teams.
- Strong experience presenting to / interacting with senior executives.
- Executive communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of leading highimpact complex projects with measurable results.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex crossfunctional projects driving measurable outcomes through strategic planning team alignment and effective execution.
- Travel up to 20%.
