Job Description
OVERVIEW

This FT position will work MonWed 3p11:30p & SatSun 7a3:30p
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Maintenance Projects as assigned i.e. appliance repair light plumbing painting drywall repair carpet cleaning power washing fire safety inspections snow removal
- Evening meal delivery
- On occasion making time sensitive runs for the Health Center as needed
- Rounding to ensure the community is secured
- IT support as needed
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills
- Selfmotivated
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk long distances
- Valid Ohio Drivers License in good standing
- Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
