Staff VP Advanced Home Delivery

Location: Within a commutable distance to an Elevance Health office preferably in Indianapolis IN Woodland Hills CA Atlanta GA Mason OH Norfolk VA New York NY or Richmond VA.

Summary

CarelonRx a leading name in pharmacy benefit management is seeking a Leader for our Advanced Home Delivery book of business. This role entails overarching responsibility for script oversight and script growth setting strategic direction key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring seamless integration with our PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) operations.

Position Responsibilities

  • P&L Management:Own the profit and loss responsibility for the Advanced Home Delivery business ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.

  • Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive script growth and operational efficiency (cost to fill) aligning with broader organizational goals.

  • Driving Growth: Implement initiatives focused on sustainable growth expanding the business and increasing market share.

  • Driving Exceptional Patient Experience: Prioritize patient satisfaction by enhancing service delivery and ensuring exceptional patient care.

  • Integration with PBM:Facilitate and optimize integration activities with the PBM side of the business to maximize efficiencies and service quality.

  • KPI Development:Establish track and report on key performance indicators across operational metrics and patient experience.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with various departments including operations sales marketing and IT to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

  • Cost Management:Focus on lowering the costtofill rates without compromising service quality.

  • Market Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends and market shifts to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Leadership:Provide strong leadership to your team fostering a culture of accountability innovation and growth.

  • Operational Alignment:Work closely with the Advanced Home Delivery contact center leader to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless execution of strategies.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Pharmacy Healthcare Management or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within healthcare or pharmacy benefit management with a proven track record in P&L ownership.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams.

  • Knowledge:Deep understanding of PBM operations script management and costcontrol strategies.

Corporate Title: Staff VP CarelonRx Pharmacy

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s) the salary* range for this specific position is $202160.00 to $363888.00.

Locations: California; New York
