Job Description
TMC Hospitality is looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. Thedeal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail helping usproduce delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries desserts and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all food products are prepared to the highest standards of quality andconsistency.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new recipes and menu items.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
