Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Data Analytics Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering analytics and visualization coupled with the ability to design and implement efficient data pipelines perform advanced analytics and generate actionable insights. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive datadriven decisionmaking and ensure our data infrastructure is scalable reliable and secure.
What you will do:
- Providing clean data to project teams ready for analysis.
- Applying software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control testing continuous integration etc.)
- Maintaining data documentation and definition.
- Train users on effectively leveraging data visualization tools and platforms.
- Design build and maintain robust data pipelines to collect clean and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring data quality consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Develop and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Work closely with data scientists analysts and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Continuously improve data infrastructure performance scalability and costeffectiveness.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data workflows processes and solutions.
What you will need:
- Handson experience in data visualization tools with Ignition (Inductive Automation)
- Familiarity with Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and implementation
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or SharePoint.
- Handson experience with programming languages such as Python R or Java.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Add on knowledge on Tableau Power BI or Looker.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of handson experience in data analytics data engineering or a related role.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and divisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A fast learner who is open to adopting new technologies and applications in the field of data analytics.
