Role:Specialist Support Worker
Location: Bishops Cleeve Cheltenham
Hours: Up to 45 hours per week (Days) / 36 hours per week (Nights) with flexibility for overtime
Pay: 14.65 per hour.
Please note that as part of this role you will be required to attend training in a hospital setting in Stroud. Training will be paid at our standard rate of 12.56 per hour.
Shift Pattern: Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Driving Requirements:
Due to the nature of this role a UK Full Clean driving license with access to a vehicle with business insurance (or willingness to obtain) is essential. You may also be required to drive the individuals vehicle if necessary.
DBS Check: This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check which will be provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

We are looking for highly experienced Support Workers who have experience working with challenging behaviours to join our awardwinning team.
Your Role:
As a Support Worker you will support a young gentleman with severe learning disabilities autism spectrum disorder (ASD) epilepsy and challenging behaviours by assisting him with engaging in activities such as playing with toys using sensory toys colouring riding his bike and accompanying him on family visits to his parents house. You will also help manage behaviours such as aggression selfinjury and communication difficulties while providing a safe engaging and supportive environment that promotes his wellbeing and independence.
