Based in the iconic Battersea Power Station office on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week inoffice) this role ensures SharkNinjas products meet global safety and compliance standards across multiple markets and product categories.
What Youll Do
Lead compliance activities for low and medium complexity products across global regions.
Manage product certification projects including design reviews and risk reporting.
Evaluate consumer data and market activity to identify and respond to safety risks.
Oversee recurring certification processes (EPA restricted materials chemicals).
Support certification updates for legacy products and contribute to regulatory reviews.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or related Engineering discipline.
2 years experience in compliance or design of electromechanical products preferred.
Understanding of regulatory standards and experience in DFMEA sessions is a plus.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects communicate clearly and drive improvements.
Comfortable presenting technical information across different levels of the organization.
