Position Summary
As a Youth Sports Staff you will be part of an amazing team creating a safe and fun environment for youth to learn fundamental skills centered around a specific sport. Through an engaging and fun environment you will provide ageappropriate instructions learning support teach teamwork and social skills and support children as they grow and learn. Youth Sports Staff are expected to create positive nurturing relationships with children while building cooperative relationships with families. Our clinics and youth sports staff provide quality experiences to children and families that focus on the YMCA values: honesty respect responsibility and caring.
