Salesforce Higher Education Consultant

Elsmere is headquartered in the Cherry Creek area of Denver and works with select universities around the country on online programs and other growth initiatives. With relationships defined by transparency Elsmere Education Online Program Enablement offerings manages the strategy marketing recruiting program development and retention efforts for its partner universities. While Elsmeres EducationProcessasaService (EPaaS) provides a subscription service for institutions to enable their students and staff to achieve strategic goals.

Elsmere Education is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Higher Education Consultant to join our growing team. This role is critical in designing implementing and maintaining Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions that address the unique needs of higher education institutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Success the consultant will work crossfunctionally with product managers business analysts support teams and developers to deliver innovative scalable and highimpact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define configure test and deploy highquality Salesforce based EPaaS solutions that meet the specific needs of higher education institutions and align with industry best practices.
• Leverage Salesforce Education Cloud features and tools while adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product leadership business analysts and stakeholders to understand and refine technical requirements and translate them into actionable implementation tasks.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce & Salesforce Education Cloud releases features and trends and proactively recommend improvements to our existing Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations customizations and overall system performance.
• Collaborate with thirdparty vendors and partners to integrate external tools and applications with the Salesforce platform.
• Contribute to the evolution of the EPaaS product processes and implementation methodologies.
• Share knowledge with team members to improve organizational expertise and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 5 years of handson Salesforce development or implementation experience with a strong focus on EDA Marketing Cloud and/or Education Cloud.
• Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification required (additional certifications are a plus).
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including Lightning Components Visualforce and integration technologies (e.g. APIs middleware).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and best practices.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize competing demands and deliver on deadlines in a fastpaced agile environment.
• Familiarity with higher education workflows recruitment retention and student lifecycle management.
• Experience with tools like Jira Asana or similar project management and timetracking platforms.

Salary: $115000$130000
