Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) required Experience: A minimum of (3) years of professional nursing practice experience in acute and/or ambulatory care nursing practice setting with 1 year of lead supervisory management and/or leadership experience in nursing and/or health system position/role. Licensure: 1. Acute / Ambulatory Setting: A valid unencumbered Registered Nursing License approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing. 2. Virtual Care Setting: If managing remote clinical care team members active compact/multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire. Certifications: 1. BLS required 2. ACLS may be required for certain departments post hire 3. Additional certifications may be required based on department and specialty skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Education: Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred. Experience: A minimum of (3) years of professional nursing practice experience in acute and/or ambulatory care nursing practice setting with 2 years of lead supervisory management and/or leadership experience in nursing and/or health systems position/role in a complex academic health system preferred.
