Help Pure Storage continue to scale its subscription services including our innovative Evergreen//One and Evergreen//Forever offerings.
Report to the Director of Subscription Sales Operations and lead key strategic initiatives related to subscription and consumption models.
Provide operational support to Sales VPs and field sales teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in managing business cadences for Subscription Sales including forecasting pipeline management and tracking key performance metrics.
Own and evolve subscription renewal processes leveraging automation and system enhancements to improve sales velocity.
Drive optimization of subscriptionrelated workflows to streamline and simplify sales models.
Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to identify prioritize and implement automation opportunities.
Document and translate complex business requirements into scalable process designs and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain roadmaps for process improvements and system/tool enhancements.
Partner closely with Sales and crossfunctional stakeholders to implement and enable operational enhancements.
Use analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights identify performance trends and surface areas of opportunity.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function supporting gotomarket teams.
Deep understanding of sales processes tools and operational workflows.
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional projects and drive results in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Experience supporting sales leadership with operational planning analytics and execution.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
A selfstarter mindset with persistence creativity teamwork and a customercentric approach.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
We are primarily an inoffice environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara CA or Chicago IL office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
The annual base salary range for Santa Clara: $122000 $184000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
