TEMPORARY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE 2024/2025 SCHOOL YEAR

POSITION: Bilingual Special Services Resource Room Instructional Paraeducator Temporary

OchoaMiddle School

EFF. DATE: Immediately

SALARY:$20.64 $22.70 per hour

AA Degree $.50 per hour extra/

Benefits

SCHEDULE: 6.25 hours per day MondayFriday

4 hours on early release days as follows: the day before

Thanksgiving the day before Winter Break and the last

day of school

180 day work year

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED: (Qualifications which are essential to the position)

Associates degree or higher;

Have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher; and/or

Havepassedthe Educational Testing Service (ETS) paraeducator assessment.

DESIRED: (Qualifications which are not required but would be useful to the position)

DUTIES:

Working with special needs students; Must be willing to assist with needs related to working with special needs students such as diapering tube feeding toileting catheters lifting etc.
