Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather clinical and nonclinical data from multiple areas of the organization to support analysis of all aspects of Agency performance and service delivery.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns in all areas of service delivery at the individual team and system level.
- Use statistical methods and select and apply the most appropriate data analysis tool for a given data set to study EMS system problems/challenges and recommend solutions.
- Routinely perform followup evaluations of data to ensure consistent organizational and individual performance and improvement.
- Generate quality improvement reports using existing Agency databases and software systems.
- Provide written and verbal feedback in a manner that objectively documents findings of case reviews.
- Routinely interact with individuals and departments throughout the Agency to analyze and improve patient care and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) from fouryear College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
